Alright, so I finally got a chance to upload a bunch of photos from the contest! It was a chaotic last week or so and have been playing catch up since yesterday. Alright, today has been a long awaited day for me. Today I pack my car up and head over to Milwaukee. I’ll be meeting up with Jon Wells, Jeff Dowhen and a few others where we will be loading up the Sun Ringle van and making the trek up to Toronto for the jam this weekend. I’ve never been to the land of Canarnia, or out east at all really, so it should be a fun trip. The game plan for me is to document the trip as well as I can and post up photos, words, and maybe a video from the trip between here and the Dig site. Given the wi-fi might be limited so these updates could go on into next week after I return on Tuesdayish.
So if you will be in Toronto this weekend I look forward to seeing you, and if not, I hope I can at least give you a little insight as to why you should go next year.

EyeBMX is a new brand that you should be hearing more about in the coming weeks and months. Erik Engstrom is the head of the project though another race brand. Erik had the prototype Eye Q (get it?) frame out to show off and let people know about what’s coming. Check out some closer photos of the frame and expect to hear more right here on BMXunion soon!

If you have ever had the chance to meet Charlie from Profile, you would know he’s a real good dude. He was taking care of business at the booth for them. Also, it was his birthday… at least that’s what we told the Mongolian restaurant during the BMX dinner. That was a good laugh. But yeah, check out some photos from the Profile booth!

I’m always stoked to check out what Odyssey has going on. Even though they premiere anything new at Interbike, it’s always cool to catch up. Nuno was handling the booth like last year so it was cool to see him as well… Check out a few pictures!

The Fly Bikes booth was the designated chill spot for the BMX guys during Frostbike. I think it’s just because Kevin Porter was in charge with David Leep, Brian Osborne, Jon Wells, and I all hanging out there most of the time. Between the vegan farts, conversation about the hottie over at the Burly booth, and Cobra attacks I snapped a few photos at the booth…

If you have ever had the chance to meet Bryan Bird or Mike Corley, you would know they are super funny dudes from Eastern. I cruised on over to their booth to get the latest from Eastern, Nitrous, and Gran Royale along with some things that might not be completely.. accurate. Take a peek.
