I ended up getting a flat the other night… well, I didn’t.. I let some people ride the new whip around the other night and it ended up with a flat and nobody knew who did it. So I decided if I was going to try a new tube I might as well see what all the hype is for these new Fly Bikes Cobra Tubes that came out a little while ago. I decided to film the process of installing it just to see if it was quicker. I made a few cuts to the video just to speed things up but it didn’t take much time at all. Pretty cool concept and I can dig it. Yes, I rock flat head screw drivers too… I’ve been around the block a few times and know what I’m doing.

A few weeks back I got a few pairs of Nike 6.0‘s to give a go. The two I was working with are the MVRK Mid 2′s and the Melee. I’ve always been a fan of the Nike 6.0 lines minus some of their wacky colorways they have come up with, but that’s what works and kids eat them up. Who am I to tell Nike what color to make their shoes? Regardless! I’ve been cruising around in the shoes lately and this is what I think of them!

A few months back I was talking to Mark Noble about what he had going on with Deluxe these days… well, those days. He mentioned that he was having the team get together for a little UK trails tour that they were going to be filming for a DVD. There’s a few reasons I was stoked about that news. The first was that Deluxe was making an all trails edit, and the second was that I’m well aware of how dialed some of the trails are in the U.K.
About a week ago a copy of the DVD showed up in my mail box, and this is what I thought of “Welcome to Deluxe”…

Over the course of the last few months I’ve been seeing guys like Brian Kachinsky, Corey Martinez, Ty Morrow and Rob Darden rocking some Arnette sunglasses. I’m not sure why, but I’ve been slowly collecting glasses lately. The problem was that I only had one legitimate pair I could wear that didn’t look like I stole it from a kid, and they had been seeing better days. I figured I’d pick up these two pairs of Arnette glasses to see what the hype was all about…

It wasn’t really a request, it was more of a statement, but BMX team manager/legend Fuzzy Hall (Name drop) asked if I wanted to try out some Skullcandy headphones.
