Product Preview: KHE
Plastic, plastic, plastic. KHE just sent out an email to introduce the newest BB they are working on… you may have seen the other BB out there by Eastern this one is a bit different. I’ll let Thomas explain since I am no engineer…. -iTod
We plan to offer the AFFIX® bush system for Mid BB, Spanish BB & Euro BB.

These bush bearings, named iglidur® are principally used in other industries, primarily on permanently running applications at high temperatures. Each of them sustain more than 3 tons.
Their advantages are obvious:- They are unbelievably compact and weigh next to nothing- Highest wear resistance- lowest friction- Excellent resistance against extreme conditions like high temperature, humidity, chemicals- Maintenance-free – Lubricant-free – Corrosion resistance – Extremely insensitive to dirt – High accuracy grade
The AFFIX® bush system features strong alloy cups to get the most resistant end-product.
One alloy cup including the iglidur® bush bearing weighs only 36g/ 0.079lbs.
For example: Compared to a regular MidBB (including spacers), the AFFIX bush system saves 120g/ 0.265lbs, while it´s more durable and maintenance-effortless.
Here you can see pics of the new system assembled on a bike.

First! I love dildos all in my asshole from Kurt Ho Burger
The holes look gross in the aluminum adapter/spacer. Either do something “different” with them or just mill the inside and leave the outside smooth. Maybe its because they were machined after the anodizing. Just my opinion.
Why is there a lip in the spacer too? Why can’t it just sit in the BB like a bearing?
Very cool. Does this mean the BB shell will have to be faced?
What does “faced” mean?
“Faced” is when a horrible bastard like me sprays my man muck all over your mums dick chops.
Now do you understand?
el oh el
i still dont get how this thing works.
